How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please follow one of the options below:
• Fill out the form on this page
OR
• Send an email to: ekaterina@kmoi.cc
Include the email address used to register in the app.

What data will be deleted
• User account and profile
• Email address
• Training and activity data
• App usage history

Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
• Transaction or billing records (stored for up to 6 years)
• Anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked to an individual)

Deletion timeframe
All deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
